xer10,000 v 7500 steps a day???? Almost every day, medical advice is updated, and we have to decide what information we will implement. I walk 30 minutes each morning, early, since I live in one of the hottest areas of the country. Some days I walk a bit longer, some a bit shorter. Some days earlier, some days I get a later start. I just checked my steps for the morning, and I have 4,334 for the day. I am a bit tired from the walk and from the heat. I don’t think I will be reaching 7500 a day anytime soon. At least I have a goal to strive for each day, including incidental walking. I meet more than my 30-minute exercise goal each day, by walking and yoga.
