Over the past 6 months I have spent 14,199 miles crossing the country in an RV for three months visiting family, over 8000 miles flying visiting family, and many hours back and forth to family, friends, and doctors’ visits in Baltimore and Virginia. As I am getting ready for another month on the rode by RV to visit elderly aunts in Minnesota and Rochester, New York, I have grown to appreciate when families never moved out of their home town.
